Schneider Electric Spacial S3D Steel Wall Box Enclosures.
From schneider Electric this is the S3D series of Steel wall boxes, wall mounted enclosures. The S3D are enclosures are light and you can choose from IP 66, IP 55 IK 10 and IK 08 models. This durable and hard-wearing wall box has a high UV resistance with treated hinges including aluminium hinge pins. A 120° opening, reversible door can be easily removed and has a 20 mm return fold ensuring the door stays rigid and in place. This is a truly Universal wall box enclosure with additional safety features, easy to install and mount plus choose from various chassis, door types and sizes available. The S3D Wall Box includes a plasma welding, chamfered door edge and is Epoxy-polyester powder coated.

- One-piece body folded and welded, double plate thickness gutter shaped front profile.

- IK 10 impact resistance (plain doors), IK 08 impact resistance (glazed doors).

- Sizes available from 300X200X150 to 1400X1000X300 mm.

- 2 or 3 removable concealed hinges with 3 closure points.
- 1 welded earth studs on the door and enclosure body.
- 4 welded back studs shouldered 10mm for direct mounting of chassis.

- Wide choice of cable gland plates that can be equipped with quick cable entrance.
- Wide range of chassis (silk-screened chassis, micro-perforated chassis, perforated chassis).
Protection.
- IK10 meaning that the enclosures are protected against 20 joules of impact (the equivalent to the impact of a 5kg mass dropped from 400mm above the impacted surface).
- IP66 gives protection against dust and powerful water jets. Can be used on ship decks.
